Who we are

Eagle Craft Solutions is a technology services business based in Accra, Ghana. We are responsible for the personal data described here. Contact us about privacy at [email protected].

What we collect

When you use the contact form, we collect:

  • your name and email address;
  • your WhatsApp number, if you give it;
  • what you need help with, if you choose an option;
  • your message.

To block spam, the form uses Cloudflare Turnstile. It checks technical signals from your browser, such as your IP address, to tell people from automated programs. We do not see or keep this information.

If you call us, message us on WhatsApp or email us directly, we receive the details you share in that conversation.

What we do not collect

This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies, and we do not track you across other websites. If you switch between light and dark themes, your choice is saved only in your own browser.

How we use your details

We use them only to reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote and, if you become a client, deliver and support your project. We do not sell your details, share them for marketing, or add you to a mailing list.

Who processes your details for us

  • Cloudflare hosts this website and runs the spam check.
  • Resend delivers the form message to our inbox.
  • Zoho Mail hosts our business email.

These providers may process data outside Ghana. They act on our instructions and protect the data under their own security and privacy commitments.

How long we keep them

We keep enquiries for up to 12 months after our last contact, then delete them. If you become a client, we keep project records for as long as we need them to support your project and meet legal and tax requirements.

Your rights

Under Ghana's Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843), you can ask us to show you the personal data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, and you can object to how we use it. Email [email protected] and we will respond as soon as we can.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Data Protection Commission of Ghana.

Changes to this notice

If we change how we handle personal data, we will update this page and the date at the top.
